休闲冲泡式：
1）预备100° 沸水（天然矿泉水为佳）
2）预备 5-7 克的茶叶 | 如何撬茶? |
3）把茶叶倒入盖碗
4）接近盖碗边注入沸水，避免冲击茶叶
5）盖上盖碗后可立即倒茶并享用
6）7泡以后，每泡延迟2秒倒茶（可根据个人口味定倒茶时间）
Casual Brewing Method:
1) Prepare 100° boiling water (Natural mineral water recommended)

3) Add tea leaves to Gaiwan
4) Pour water along Gaiwan’s edge (avoid direct hitting tea leaves)
5) Cover and serve immediately
6) After 7 infusion, extend brew time by 2 second each (Adjust to taste)
